These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute agreement between you, the “user,” and Psychological Publishing, owner and controller of this website and all its associated services and products, termed herein, the “Service.”

Psychological Publishing reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You will cooperate as reasonably required in the defense of any claim.

Psychological Publishing reserves the right to charge for access to and use of this Service, or any portions of this Service. If Psychological Publishing chooses to charge fees, it will post this information on this Service. Such postings will become effective immediately or as expressly noted on the posting. If fee rates for the Service, or parts of the Service, are altered, the new rates will be posted on the Service and will become effective immediately, or when noted on the posting.

Psychological Publishing may terminate this Agreement, your use of, and/or this Service at any time without notification. Psychological Publishing need not provide any reason for terminating this Agreement, your use of, and this Service. Psychological Publishing will not be held liable in any way or event for terminating the Service.

This Agreement, your performance under it, and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to their conflict of laws principles. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the Courts of the State of Louisiana and the United States District Court nearest Alexandria, Louisiana in all actions, disputes, or controversies relating to this Agreement or the Copyright Policy.

This Agreement and any posted rules on the Service, including the Copyright Policy, established by Psychological Publishing constitute the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by either Psychological Publishing or you of any breach or default under this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Psychological Publishing and its successors, managers, and permittee assigns. Psychological Publishing may assign this agreement or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement, with or without notice to you.
